We all know that the basis of adequate nutrition. What we are more aware of the consequences today are poor food choices, day after day. Few of us die of old age. Most of us are sick and prematurely from diseases that kill degeneration. Scientists have calculated that our biological potential of 110 to 120 years, but most of us are over 70 or 80 years – and mostly it is difficult to decompose for our health and body.
More than the simple passage of time, many reasons why our body is made to go live on the repair and natural defenses to support overwhelmed by poor nutrition.
